Miranda (aka. MJ) lives in Northern Virginia with her fiancé, Shane, and soon-to-be step-daughters where she works as a Finance & Operations Manager.
Starting her athletic career as a basketball player and later a track sprinter, Miranda eventually found her way to endurance running and most recently ultra-trail running.
In this episode, Alex & MJ discuss endurance training & racing, and the circuitous routes we often take to reach our goals.
