POINTS: 10	Participation - anyone who completes the Stage Challenge will receive points	Choose one: 1. Virtual - Zwift Club Group Ride (must participate for at least 1 hour) 2. Real Life - Complete a ride (inside or out) for at least 1 hour on the same day as one of our Zwift Club rides this week (use #DKWTS in your ride title). POINTS: 5	Cat Spotting: Share a photo of you with a cat  Choose one: 1. Social Media - Post a photo on FB/IG, tag us @dirtykittengravel & use #DKWTS2024 #catspotting  2.
