What is a "Pop-Up Bonus"?
It's a fun way to get extra DKWTS Purrito Points! This week, the pop-up bonus is to complete a cross-training activity that is NOT cycling-related (so nothing that involves riding a bike) for at least 30 minutes.
You can run, walk, hike, ski, rock climb, snowboard, do yoga, dance, stretch, lift weights, do jumping jacks, play basketball, run laps around your neighborhood, whatever. The only guidelines are that it must be something physically active (puzzling doesn't count) and you have to do it for at least 30 minutes to get the points (2 points).
NOTE: Your activity has to be loaded to Strava at some point Wednesday through Sunday with #DKWTS for our system to recognize it (either sync or manual entries are fine).
