Stage 3 (2/5-2/11)	Longest total ride distance in a single day - multiple rides count. Be careful to stay within your category time limit! POINTS: 20*	Competition - Top 5-10 in each field from each category will receive points (20 points max) *Virtual/Indoor & Real Life/Outdoor rides will be scored separately. You may be ranked for both but will only receive points in one (whichever one you place highest).	Choose one: 1. Virtual (Zwift Club Group Ride) Participate in an official DKWTS morning ride before 12pm for at least 1 hour 2. Real Life - Complete a morning ride before 12pm for at least 1 hour (must use #DKWTS in your ride title) POINTS: 5	Oh, the Places You'll Go! Share a photo from a cool place you went by, with, or on your bike (your bike must be included in the photo) Choose one: 1. Social Media - Post a photo on FB/IG, tag us @dirtykittengravel & use #DKWTS2024 #bikeadventure 2. Email us a photo DKWTS@dirtykittengravel.com POINTS: 5

POP UP BONUS

REST/RECOVERY DAY: Take a break! Complete an easy, relaxed non-cycling or cross-training activity at some point this week and load it to Strava (sync or manual) using #DKWTS. This must be an R&R activity (nothing strenuous) and cannot be on the same day as a ride. Yes, you must actually take a break from riding and rest: light yoga, stretching, meditation, napping, etc POINTS: 2
